Today was the last day of having Grandpa & Grandma and Uncle Grant and Aunt Anna here! We've really enjoyed their visit so much! From the perfect timing of their arrival to the loving care and help that they've given us each day they've been here, we couldn't have asked for a better way to transition to a family of four! Serena has thoroughly enjoyed all her playmates! She has big smiles and sometimes even applause and delighted laughter for each person as they appear in the morning. She enjoys her breakfast with Grandma and then plays and plays, making sure to include everyone. If she notices that she hasn't played with a particular person for a while, she'll bring them a book to read to her or gesture for them to go outside with her or to sit down next to her on the floor while she plays with a toy. She loves getting chased, teased, tackled, and tickled by Uncle Grant and Grandpa (Bampa!). She loves playing tea party and reading books with Grandma and Aunt Anna. She's been on lots of walks with Aunt Anna and she's gotten to go to the park with Daddy and the doggies, escorted by Uncle Grant. Her days have definitely been busy and fun-filled!
Kiss for Bret! It's so funny to see what new thing she does with him each day! She really likes wiping his nose when he sneezes. We're trying to teach her to sign 'All done' when she's finished holding him instead of pushing him away. ;)
Sometimes he looks like he's so close to smiling!
Sweet little boy!
Serena holding him for the 200th time this morning, haha! ;)
Grandpa & Daddy with the kids
Horak boys
Bedtime is so overrated! Let's stay up and talk, Anna! ;)
