"Bet Work!"

Bret scooted his little bod into the kitchen and started to play with some of the canisters Serena had set around as she 'worked' in the kitchen.  "Bet work!"  Serena was SO excited!

She loves to read her books!  She'll spend a long time reading through each of her books one by one.  I can usually tell which one she's reading without having to look because she tries to mimic the sounds/intonation/words that I use when reading them to her.

Tonight, Serena thoroughly enjoyed her first hayride!  She had so much fun playing with Sara and the other 'big girls.'  She wore her light-up shoes and loved impressing everyone with how they lit up when she ran!

Serena is teething again.  :P  The first molar is almost all the way in.  The one above it is about halfway in.  On the other side, I can't see anything happening on the top; but the bottom one is all swollen like it'll be poking through soon.  Thankfully, she's been great during her waking hours; but when it's time for her to sleep things get a little rough.  This afternoon, I decided that when the last molar comes in, I'm going to throw a teething party.  Complete with cupcakes and a present.  Everyone is invited!  ;)
