First Pomegranate

Fresh up from afternoon naps

Serena had her first pomegranate today.  I had her sit up on the table and help me pop all the seeds out.  Once she tasted them, though, she wasn't too interested in helping pop the seeds out anymore!  She just started scooping handfulls of them out of the bottom of our 'sink' and stuffing them in her mouth!  Definitely loved them!

Serena has started saying "Yep" as her go-to affirmative.  It's especially funny when she's really upset about something and crying and you ask her a yes-question.  In her big teary voice, she still manages to say, "Yep!"  I wish I could catch a video of it!
