Where'd Button Go?

Serena really wanted to put on her own jeans after she went potty.  The next time I looked over, she was inspecting the 'front' of her jeans going, "Where'd button go?  Where'd button go?"

I found it, Serena!  Your button is in the BACK!"  ;)

We got Serena her very own ear muffs and they came in the mail today!

 I think I've already mentioned how Serena's been really into counting.  It started over Thanksgiving, and for the last few weeks, she's gradually made her way up to 8.  For almost a full two weeks, she counted smoothly and unprompted 1-8.  Then, the other day, she just randomly started counting wrong!  She says, "One, Two, Three, Seven, Six, Seven!"  She's as happy as can be about it; it's so weird that she was counting just fine before!?  We decided not to make a big deal out of it; we count with her the right way whenever we can, but I really think (hope??) she's just 'experimenting' with doing it her own way.  ;)

Lately, Bret thinks it's really fun to crawl around carrying something in his mouth.  This is a classic picture of what he looks like these days!
