This afternoon, the kids and I drove up to Fairfax to spend the weekend with my side of the family. Jordan is in the throws of camp season, so he didn't get to come. It was quite an adventure traveling two hours with two babies by myself, but we made it (despite poor Bret's protests)! :P Definitely wouldn't want to have to do that on a regular basis!
Jess hadn't gotten to meet Bret until today, so it was special to see her! Bret was his usual charming little self!
With Serena's birthday coming up in just a couple weeks, we had a little birthday party for her!
