Counting

A few days ago, Serena spontaneously started counting!  It is now one of her favorite things to do.  You can hear her while she plays just randomly say, "Two, Free, Foa-wah, Fi-eve, Six!"  She usually forgets to say "One."  It's been really interesting to watch her counting abilities unfold.  Although she's always enjoyed having counting books read to her, she never actually tried to count herself, and we didn't push her.  I figured if she wasn't counting by the time she was six, I could probably find some time to sit down and teach her.  ;) Anyway, so I think it was on Friday she woke up and decided to start counting.  At first it was just "Two, Free, Foa-wah!"  A couple days later, she added "Fi-eve!"  Now she's up to "Six!"
