Pookie le Coffee

Both of the kids have pretty yucky colds, which is making for some cranky-ness.  :P  Repeat after me:  This, too, shall pass.

With the chillier mornings, I've started making us a little coffee.  Neither Jordan nor I are really crazy coffee drinkers, but we do enjoy a cup now and then.  Today, after finding a simple recipe on Pinterest, I decided to try sprucing up our coffee and made Pumpkin Spice Lattes.  Serena 'helped' me by dumping in the ingredients and then stirring.  This was all apparently so fun and exciting that she decided to drink coffee too.  Only (thankfully) just for pretend.  All day today, she called her drink 'coffee' (even though it was just her regular old water in her regular old sippy cup).  And even though Jordan & I were done drinking coffee for the rest of the day once our lattes were gone, Serena was still 'kuck coffee' at suppertime!

Took a walk this morning and got some sweet smiles out of the Bretster in the process!
