Camp is over and we have Daddy all to ourselves! Well, except that he's really sick, so he's not quite himself. :(
Serena thought he needed some reading material while he was resting on the couch. She stacked all of her books on his chest one by one!

After I took the picture of Bret, I was showing it to Jordan because I was so tickled by his pose. Then Serena started pointing to herself and saying, "Itcher! Itcher!" She then smiled very cooperatively for this cute picture.
We took a walk this evening and had one of those moments that made me wish I had my camera along to video!!! Jordan and I were talking and all of a sudden Serena wanted to sing "Essuh!" ("I'm in the Lord's Army"). I suggested that she go ahead and sing it herself since Daddy & I were still talking. She then proceeded to sing all the way through the song, doing each of the actions in the correct order! Of course, I couldn't make out any of the words except for the "Essuh!"'s, but it was so cute to hear her 'sing'!! Then, she went ahead and sang it again, this time reaching over to help Bret do the actions, hahaha! :D
