That's a Crow!

Jordan really enjoys going out and shooting the crows who are unfortunate enough to caw and fly near our home.  He's even taken Serena out with him a few times!  She was very interested in all that was going on, from the crow calling to the actual shooting.  According to her, "Daddy says, 'Crows, come in!' and crows says, 'Yes!'" ;D  She tended to be a little too active out there whenever Jordan took her with him, so he's kinda stopped doing that more recently.  ;)  He told me that Serena kept walking around, and then Serena cut in and told me, "That not good for crows!"

This morning, as we were eating breakfast, a crow was calling loudly outside and Serena said, "There's crow!" I thought it was pretty impressive that she recognized the call, so thought I'd write it down!  ;)

Jordan also helped Serena shoot a gun for the first time today.  I took video rather than pictures, so hopefully someday I'll get that posted.  She was really 'into' it and was so excited to show me the holes in the box when they were all done!

Tonight, I made a pizza for supper.  I was working away rolling out the dough when Serena suddenly came into the kitchen and said, "Oops!  I almost forgot to make supper!"  She then hurried over to grab her step stool and set it up next to me.  I handed her a little bit of dough to play with.  She played for a bit, but ended up eating most of it!  :P
