Baby Curls

The little guy has the sweetest curls!  This picture doesn't do them justice, but I wanted to try.  We intend to cut his hair soon...it's getting pretty long.  But really, who wants to be the one to whack those sweet things off?  It's hard to find the motivation.

At supper tonight, Bret was getting frustrated over not being able to communicate something.  Serena wanted to know why he was getting upset, and I explained that he doesn't know how to talk yet.  So she turned to Bret and said, "It's okay, Bet.  You get a little bigger and then you can talk about Mommy and Daddy and Pookie, okay, Bet?"  How reassuring!  ;D
